I'm Outside of the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee, Can I Still Get A Refund?

Generally, the answer to this is "No".

We are completely transparent with our refund policy and include information for customers to review directly on the sales page, purchase page and within our Support Center, so you are fully educated regarding our policy from the time of purchase.

We offer a full 30 Day no-strings-attached refund period because we believe in our product.  We also know it takes time to get setup and learn the ins and outs of the system.  We provide training and support to help with any questions or issues so you are able to make the most of the product you purchased.  Based on that, we do feel that 30 days is a reasonable amount of time for anyone to determine whether this is a good fit for you or not.  Outside of extreme circumstances, we will not honor a refund after the 30-day mark has passed. 

Please be advised that after 60 days, our system no longer allows refunds. If you request a refund after 60 days because of an "extreme" case, we will be entirely unable to honor the request simply because our system blocks us from being able to do so.
